Where are your products made ?

Our wool and cashmere products all are all made in Nepal, And our jewellery is sourced from the Karen Hill tribe in Thailand.

All our other products are fair trade, and sourced from local artisans in Canada.

How do I know when my order is ready?

We will send you an email letting you know your item has been put aside and ready for pick up. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to confirm.

What is your delivery fee?

We will be adding delivery service in April 2025

Can I pick up in store?

Yes, absolutely. You would pick up from 3039 Dundas St. W. within our opening hours. Please make sure your order is confirmed before coming to pick up.

Do you accept with corporate orders?

Yes, we are happy to work with any size company and curate the perfect gift for your employees. Please contact us so we can work within your requirements.  

What is your refund policy?

We will accept any product back in its original condition with receipt within 7 days of purchase. 
If any item is damaged, please report it immediately along with photos and we will issue you a store credit or refund.
