OG GHEE is deliciously caramelized, lactose free, and has a high smoke point (485F). This makes it exceptionally versatile for pretty much anything you use it for!
HOW TO USE
* Sear your Steaks/meat with it
* Fry your eggs, mushrooms and potatoes in it
* Spread it on toast, banana bread, English muffins etc.
* Use as a base for sauces like hollandaise, bernaise, etc.
* Saute and stir fry your veggies
* Roast chicken and hardy veg like broccoli, and cauliflower in the oven
* Pop your popcorn directly in ghee because of its high smoke point!
